戊巴比妥钠与水合氯醛对大鼠麻醉效果的Meta分析

摘要:

目的就戊巴比妥钠与水合氯醛对大鼠的麻醉诱导时间、麻醉持续时间和麻醉死亡率等麻醉效果进行Meta分析。方法计算机检索万方、维普、CNKI、Cochrane library和PubMed等国内外数据库中有关麻醉剂对大鼠麻醉效果比较的随机对照试验。按照一定的纳入和排除标准选取文献,采用RevMan5.3软件对文献进行统计分析。结果最终选取的9项随机对照试验,Meta分析结果显示:水合氯醛对大鼠麻醉诱导时间较戊巴比妥钠明显更短(P<0.01)、麻醉死亡率明显更低(P<0.05),水合氯醛与戊巴比妥钠对大鼠麻醉持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论水合氯醛对大鼠麻醉效果较戊巴比妥钠更好。但由于部分评价指标存在异质性,且多个文献的动物样本数较少,所以需要更大样本、更高质量的研究进一步评价这两种麻醉剂对大鼠的麻醉效果。

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the induction time, duration time and mortality rate for anesthesia effects of pentobarbital sodium and chloral hydrate on rats through Meta-analysis. Methods Randomized controlled trail about the theme had been searched in several databases including Wanfang, Weipu, CNKI, Cochrance library, Pubmed, et al. The studies that met inclusion criteria were analyzed by using RevMan 5.3. Results Nine studies were chosen. The result of Meta-analysis were as follows: The induction time of chloral hydrate on rats was less than that of pentobarbital sodium(P<0.01). The mortality rate of chloral hydrate on rats was lower than that of pentobarbital sodium(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in duration time on rats between the two groups. Conclusion The anesthesia effects of chloral hydrate is better than that of pentobarbital sodium. Because of the heterogeneity of most indicators and inadequate number of rats in many studies, larger sample size and high-quality studies are needed to evaluate the anesthesia effects of the two substances.
